TravelBank Corporate Travel makes reservations for clients in hotels thanks to:
  Amadeus reservation systems,
  the possibility to reserve hotels offered by TUI,
  agreements with hotel networks in Poland and abroad,
  Taking advantage of special rates in hotels and apartments worldwide, negotiated exclusively
   for members of  International Travel Partnership  and their clients.

The reservations are made according to:
  the client's accommodation budget,
  suggested standard,
  location of hotel,
  other preferences.

In many hotels TravelBank has negotiated special discounts reaching up to 68% of the catalogue price. TravelBank offers to reserve a hotel in any city around the world. Upon request the bureau makes reservations taking advantage of special deals or corporate codes.

Handling charges for reservation/cancellation of the hotel are 30 PLN + VAT for Poland and 60 PLN + VAT for a hotel abroad.
